CytoDx® — Cytokine Assay, Serum

CytoDx® is a multi-plex serum cytokine panel that simultaneously measures 14 key cytokines and chemokines — the signalling proteins that orchestrate the immune response. It maps the inflammatory landscape of chronic illness, autoimmune disease, and immune dysregulation, enabling targeted anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory interventions.

Cytokines / Chemokines Measured:

• Pro-inflammatory cytokines: IL-1β (interleukin-1 beta), IL-6, IL-8 (CXCL8), IL-12, IL-17A, IL-23, TNF-α (tumor necrosis factor-alpha)
• Anti-inflammatory cytokines: IL-4, IL-10, IL-13, TGF-β1 (transforming growth factor-beta)
• Th1/Th2/Th17 balance markers: IFN-γ (interferon-gamma — Th1), IL-4 (Th2), IL-17A (Th17)
• Regulatory markers: IL-2 (T cell activation), GM-CSF
