We connect you to the same internationally recognized Laboratory Partners that leading functional and integrative practitioners use in their own practices. Our current Laboratory Partners include leading specialty laboratories in the United States — Precision Analytical (DUTCH hormone testing), Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory (GI-MAP), Genova Diagnostics, Cyrex Laboratories, Doctor’s Data, and Alletess Medical Laboratory — with additional international laboratory partnerships planned over time. No intermediaries, no substituted panels, no compromises.
All Laboratory Partners are CLIA-certified (the US federal standard for diagnostic laboratories) and CAP-accredited (the gold standard for clinical labs in the US), with ISO 15189 compliance where applicable.
Some Laboratory Partners require a licensed practitioner to authorize or place the order before testing can proceed. Where practitioner authorization is required, patients may work with their own licensed healthcare practitioner (where permitted by the relevant Laboratory Partner), choose a practitioner from the GLOAIA Labs practitioner network, or contact us for assistance in identifying a suitable practitioner. This practitioner-authorization step (where required) is handled transparently as part of the ordering workflow — you will be notified clearly before any associated practitioner fees, if applicable, are charged.

For each supported country, we coordinate every step:
- Kit dispatch — from US Laboratory Partners to your home address
- Customs documentation — specific to your destination country
- Sample-collection guidance — simple step-by-step instructions
- Sample-return logistics — FedEx or UPS courier networks
- Report delivery — to your dashboard (and, if requested, your practitioner)

Transparent, all-inclusive, multi-currency pricing
A single consolidated price covers the entire process — from kit delivery to lab analysis. No fragmented billing. No surprise charges at delivery. Indian patients see prices in INR (aligned with HDFC TT-selling rates for accuracy); international patients see live currency conversion. Customs duties or import taxes (where applicable) are handled per country-specific guidance documented in our FAQ.
Intelligent test selection
Our platform is designed to help you and your practitioner identify which tests are most relevant to your specific symptoms, family history, and clinical context. The goal is not to upsell tests — it is to surface the tests most likely to give you useful answers based on what you tell us.
Reports that go beyond numbers
Functional medicine reports can be dense and intimidating. We are progressively building tools to make them genuinely useful to you:
- Interactive reports — charts, color-coded flags on out-of-range biomarkers, and plain-language explanations of what each marker means
- Year-wise diagnostics chronology — biomarker history with year-over-year deltas, so you can see what is changing
- Longitudinal timeline view — your entire health journey (tests, consultations, interventions, outcomes) as a single chronological feed
- Integrated health questionnaires — depression screens, anxiety scales, lifestyle scoring, automatically stored alongside your lab data

Connection to practitioners rolling out soon
Audio and video consultations with practitioners from our network — across borders, with appropriate scheduling, timezone handling, and consent management. Currently in development; will be announced when operationally ready.
AI-assisted insights — with guardrails
We are integrating AI to surface useful patterns from your lab data — such as “your liver markers have been trending up for six months — worth a consultation” or “people with your profile who corrected their Vitamin D saw these outcomes.”
Every AI output on the platform is grounded in our deterministic rule engine. We do not let language models hallucinate on someone’s health data. AI surfaces patterns; final clinical judgment always rests with the practitioner.

What we ask you to understand
GLOAIA Labs is not a healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. We coordinate access to diagnostic testing performed by accredited Laboratory Partners, and we provide infrastructure for you to work with qualified practitioners.
- For interpretation of results and clinical decisions, please work with a qualified healthcare practitioner — either from our network or your own existing physician
- For emergency or acute medical situations, please contact your local emergency services or healthcare provider directly — our platform is not designed for emergencies
- Functional medicine testing is generally not covered by health insurance (this is the standard model for specialty diagnostic testing globally). We operate on a transparent cash-pay model. For specific country-by-country insurance considerations, please see FAQ Section 6
